Louiza Doran’s work is as multi-faceted as she is. Louiza has designed a coaching and consulting practice that honors her passion for both social equity and personal empowerment. She believes that you cannot create an equitable, diverse and inclusive society without teaching and empowering individuals to walk in their purpose; so the two branches of her work naturally bleed into each other.  Her unique approach is a holistic one that considers the person, their identity and experiences as well as the communities in which we live. She’s used her training, education, resources and personal journey to create a signature system that supports, edifies and guides her clients through a process that allows them to take an honest look at how to begin living in alignment with their vision, values and belief system. Louiza is a Cal Alumni, Boxing Enthusiast & Participant, Music Junkie, Coffee Aficionado, and a Dance Machine.

Louiza’s action items:
1) Educate yourself, hire a coach, hire an equity educator, take a course at your community college on social justice, restorative justice, or political education
2) What realistic commitment can you make to moving the needle of equity? What sustainable action can you commit to?
3) Do the hard work of self reflection so that you can decolonize your thinking and do as little harm in the world as possible.
